Kochi: Federal Bank opened a new customer contact centre at Whitefield in Bengaluru the other day. Shalini Warrier, Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, inaugurated the new office. The centre will be managed by Concentrix, a global business services company. To begin with, the centre will manage outbound calls to prospective and existing customers of the Bank. The newly-opened contact centre is in addition to the existing contact centre of the Bank functioning in Kochi.
Speaking on the occasion, Shalini Warrier said, “Federal Bank has constantly been adding to its range of products, services and delivery channels, thereby creating a fast-growing client base throughout the country. The opening of this centre is a manifestation of the unswerving commitment of the Bank towards customer convenience and relationship banking.” “We are especially delighted to partner with Concentrix, one of the leading business services companies,” she added.
